I have always loved painting. Ever since I was a small child growing up in South Wales the only thing that I ever really wanted to be was (apart from an astronaut) a painter. Life has a habit of getting in the way of dreams and, a bit to my surprise, I found myself studying and qualifying as an Industrial Designer and Illustrator at which I managed to be reasonably successful for more than a few years. However I never gave up the dream and still made time to paint and put on the occasional show of my work. Then, about fifteen years ago, circumstances combined to give me the chance to drop out of the rat-race and try to live the dream. I've been painting full-time, non-stop ever since!

Recently I have taken to aerial photography of land and seascapes from a plane flown by aviator friends of mine. These photographs are the start of inspirations for much of my work.

My work is varied and covers a wide range of mediums. The main body of work is largely semi-abstract and landscape based, some examples of which are on sale here. I also take on a huge range of commissioned work including portraits and illustrations.If you want an aerial
